UTYPIA SERVICE – CREATE NEW TEMPLATE
Usually shop-owners and end-customers create their own templates
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
If a shop-owner needs help from utypia support with the creation of templates this service can be purchased. This service includes the creation of templates for Stamp and Engraving Products – not for print products (see Design Business cards). The shop-owner provides a sample text and layout, also all other needed informations (fonts, font sizes, information about required and protected lines etc.). The shopowner also provides the informations for the correct template assignment (general template, company template, personal template). If logos are provided the shop-owner must have the rights to use the logo-image.

INCLUDED SERVICES
Creation of the template according to the informations from the shopowner.
A manual that contains all requests for setting up a template can be sent by the utypia support team if needed.
NOT INCLUDED
Additional fontpackages, if a font for a template is not licensed yet
Designing templates without detailed information from the shopowner
Redrawing templates if informations for the template setup have not been forwarded to the utypia support (has to be paid extra, like a normal template setup)
