How do I make the products in my uTypia online shop GPSR compliant?

We support you in implementing the new EU Product Safety Regulation in your uTypia shop.

This regulation stipulates that products in online stores must now display the following information: 

- Manufacturer: Correct formulation and address 

- Contact to the manufacturer 

- Link to the GPSR certificate of the product

The certificate must also fulfill certain guidelines.

We have made the necessary preparations to provide you with the best possible support in this task. We are not legally responsible for the content in your store, but we offer you an excellent service.

You have the following options to get this information into your uTypia catalog: 

uTypia Business 6 Version 

1. Update from central catalog: if your catalog is connected to our master (central) catalog, you can easily start an update. This is done with just a few mouse clicks. You will then have the texts ready in your catalog. 

2. manual insertion: We are also happy to support you with this and will send you an export of our master catalog in the form of an Excel list. You can then copy the relevant part (including the correct HTML code for linking to the correct certificate in the Trodat Infoportal) from there and paste it into your catalog.

3. first insert the GPSR relevant information in the uTypia catalog (= option 1 or 2) 

4. then you can either "update from uTypia" in the Magento catalog. Please note that existing content in Magento will be overwritten. Only recommended if you have not maintained any product content. 

5. Alternatively, repeat option 2 in Magento, your leading store system.
