Everything about our shop solutions, add on modules and support 

We are happy to announce that our new website is live. Feel free and have a look at https://www.trodat.net/utypia/en/ .
With our product information section, we want to give an overview about all our products, such as stand alone shops for B2B or B2C as target group, integration possibilities into other shop- or ERP-systems, our add on modules to improve your shop and our services if you need additional help. In our software solutions section, we want to show that we have different solutions for each channel. 
In addition, we provide a service section where you can find some FAQs, a link to all our demoshops and a site where all administration manuals are linked for you.

Return policy


Especially but not exclusively for e-commerce shop owners in the US, Google is flagging webshops that do not have a clearly marked information for their return policy in their shop that there is some information missing.
Adding such a text to the "About Us" section in your webshop with a clear header named Return Policy will be recognized and accepted.

In case you need support with your return policy text, we have some information collected for you and can support easily.
