Wolfgang Denk
is the head of our department. He works for Trodat since many years and started with uTypia from the very beginning. Besides his team, he takes care of big projects and integrations.
Doris Schatzl
works for Trodat since 1999 and joined the uTypia Team in 2013. She is the team lead of the utypia team. Doris is the first level support for our French, Italian, South American, African, Middle Eastern and Swiss customers. She also takes care of shop setups, sales and marketing.
Alexander Schatzl
works as IT project manager for uTypia. He is also a uTypia Team member right from the start. Any kind of integration, the big consumernext (Magento) project, hosting, Server maintenance, technical website support and more are his main tasks.
Dietmar Gillesberger
is our inhouse developer. He joined the utypia team at the very beginning, too. He stayed a long time in the USA for starting the utypia project and getting it successful.
Sandra Augeneder
is also one of our very long lasting team members. She is responsible for Trodat product setups and updates in our uTypia master catalogue, the billing as well as reporting.
Lieu Lemai
joined the uTypia team 2 years ago. She is our expert for the TS software and is responsible for setup and support.
Sarah Fischer
is working in our team since May 2020. Her areas of responsibility are e-commerce, shop setups and first level support for our BENELUX, UK, Irish, Polish, Scandinavian, Spanish, South African, Asian, the Pacific region as well as Northern and Eastern European customer, and new: Germany and Austria.
Cheryl Deisz
is responsible for any support requests in the USA and Canada. We are more than happy to welcome Cheryl to the uTypia team and are very thankful that we can now rely on her to keep up the good work.
