As an additional team, we would like to introduce the Quality Management Team. Customer orientation and to be "of value to the customer" are important factors defined in the mission statement as: customer oriented, economical and trans-sectoral.

The responsibility here is the goal-oriented level of quality of our products and their processes.

This responsibility starts with product development and is part of the product realization from supplier to customer.  Product quality is controlled by proper quality planning, careful precautions to prevent errors, extensive series of testing up to the zero-run release and continuous process reviews.  All employees are self-responsible in their areas of expertise involving quality in the manufacture of products.

Continuous improvements are an important aspect of the daily work routine, and are the basis for advancements and further development.  The employees of the Quality Management Team are therefore not only the contacts for quality inquiries and issues for all internal areas, but more importantly also for customers, suppliers and all locations and companies of the Trodat Group.
